Yarramine was engaged by Watco Australia to conduct a due diligence Contaminated Land Investigation (CLI) at the Warwick Railway on Lyons Street, Warwick. The site is listed on the Environmental Management Register (EMR) and the investigation was requested to establish baseline soil contamination levels prior to Watco Australia's lease-based occupation of the site.

To meet this request, an investigation of the site’s property history was undertaken to identify potential contaminants and areas of environmental concern as well as conducting a limited sampling and testing program to assess whether the site posed a contamination risk.
